Zamalek Sporting Club ply their trade in the Egyptian Premier League, playing home games at the 75,000 seat Cairo International Stadium. The 110-year-old Cairo based team wear a striking badge on their chests that references Ancient Egyptian civilisation.

On the badge, a person in pharaonic uniform can be seen aiming an arrow. The idea behind this is thought to be that the club, like the arrow, has a target it is aiming for. It would be safe to assume that footballing dominance is the ultimate target for Zamalek SC – and with twelve Egyptian Premier League titles to their name, it is fair to say that the club has been hitting the target fairly frequently. The colour scheme on the badge meanwhile contains a white background, viewed as a colour of peace, surrounded by lines of red that are seen as a symbol of the struggle for victory.
