Having a kangaroo as a mascot isn’t uncommon, but for a club based in Prague, it seems slightly out of place. Bohemians 1905, now competing in the Czech First League, adopted the kangaroo as a mascot following a 1927 tour of Australia where the club was awarded two live kangaroos, which were then donated to Prague Zoo. Now, one of these kangaroos (since been stuffed) can still be seen in the club museum, whilst the other resides in the club’s badge.
